Pandora's Palate are proud to be part of this up and coming event by holding a 2 hour cooking workshop over the 2 days , where we will be demonstrating some great canapes for a dinner party, this is a hands work shop with lots of fun and sampling along the way.

Creative Canapes for Easy Entertaining - with Chef Lee Cecchin
Recognised as Broken Hill’s Queen of culinary delights, Lee Cecchin, Chef and owner of Pandora's Palate has been awarded for her leadership in the tourism and hospitality industries.
During this workshop, you will be treated to a cooking demonstration, then have the opportunity to practice some of the techniques.
You will finish off with a taste of the delightful selection Chef Lee uses in her own boutique catering business.
Lee has cooked for many international celebrities including HRH Princess Mary of Denmark and is proud to share her passion for cooking with natural, fresh ingredients that are sourced locally regionally and always within Australia.
